  • You may disable location access in your device settings, but some app features may not function properly.

d) Inspection & Workflow Data

During the inspection process, we collect and store:

  • Witness Details (Client, Contractor, Vendor, Consultant, Developer, Other)
  • Photos, images, and files uploaded during inspections
  • Drawings and associated metadata
  • Checkpoints, status updates, and results (Pass/Fail/Approval Required)
  • Comments, approvals, or rejections entered by Inspectors or Auditors

e) Analytics Data

We use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics) to collect anonymized data such as:

  • Navigation flow
  • Feature usage and interactions

1.5 Camera & Location Permissions

Camera Access: We use your device’s camera only when you choose to capture or upload a photo. Photos are not accessed or stored without your explicit action.

Location Data: We collect location information solely to provide location-based features within the App. You may choose to allow or deny this permission.

9. Roles & Permissions Transparency

Within our system, access to information depends on user roles:

  • Client Admin / Project Admin: Manage project users, checklists, and reports.
  • Inspector: Create inspections, upload data, approve/reject reports.
  • Auditor (Internal/External): Provide audit logs and comments; web portal only.
  • Checklist Maker: Create and manage global checklists (web only, no project linkage).
  • These restrictions ensure data minimization and role-based security.

10. International Transfers

If you are outside India, your information may be processed on servers located in other countries. We comply with applicable international data transfer regulations.

We ensure such transfers are made in compliance with applicable laws (e.g., GDPR’s Standard Contractual Clauses).

11. Children’s Privacy

Our services are not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. If you believe we have collected information from a minor, contact us immediately for deletion.

12. Do Not Track

We do not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals, but users can control cookies and tracking through their browser settings.
